プライバシーポリシー (日本語正文)

sonicjahn（本ウェブサイトおよびデスクトップアプリケーションを総称して、以下「本サービス」といいます。）は、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

本サービスは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。アプリケーション本体・本ウェブサイトのいずれにおいても、個人を特定する情報の収集・送信・共有、アクセス解析、トラッキングを行いません。

第1条（個人情報）

「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報、及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。

第2条（取り扱う情報）

本サービスが取り扱う情報は、次のとおり極めて限定的です。

  1. アプリケーション本体：ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。設定・プリセット・ログ等のデータは、ユーザーの端末内（%LOCALAPPDATA% 等）にのみ保存され、本サービスへ送信されることはありません。利用にあたりアカウント登録は不要です。
  2. 本ウェブサイト：Cookie を使用せず、アクセス解析ツールも導入していません。個人を特定する情報を収集しません。
  3. お問い合わせ：ユーザーが第7条の窓口へ連絡された場合に限り、その対応に必要な範囲で、メールアドレスおよび問い合わせ内容を取得します。

第3条（利用目的）

本サービスは、第2条第3号により取得したお問い合わせ情報を、当該お問い合わせへの回答および対応の目的にのみ利用します。

第4条（第三者提供）

本サービスは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。なお、本サービスのアプリケーションは Microsoft Store を通じて配布されます。Microsoft Store における購入・配信に関する情報の取扱いは、Microsoft 社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第5条（Cookie・トラッキング）

本サービスは、Cookie を使用せず、アクセス解析・トラッキングの仕組みを一切持ちません。

第6条（子どものプライバシー）

本サービスは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

sonicjahn (the website and the desktop application, collectively referred to as the "Service") establishes the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information.

The Service does not collect users' personal information. Neither the application nor the website collects, transmits, or shares personally identifying information, nor does it perform any access analytics or tracking.

Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal information" means "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information: information about a living individual that can identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other description, as well as data such as appearance, fingerprints, or voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual on its own (personal identification codes).

Article 2 (Information Handled)

The information handled by the Service is extremely limited:

  1. Application: The application does not collect any personal information. Settings, presets, logs, and similar data are stored only on the user's device (e.g., %LOCALAPPDATA%) and are never transmitted to the Service. No account registration is required.
  2. Website: The website uses no cookies and has no access-analytics tools installed. It does not collect personally identifying information.
  3. Inquiries: Only when a user contacts the address described in Article 7, the Service obtains the user's email address and the content of the inquiry, to the extent necessary to respond.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

The Service uses the inquiry information obtained under Article 2(3) solely to respond to and handle that inquiry.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

Except as required by law, the Service does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. The Service's application is distributed through the Microsoft Store; the handling of purchase and distribution information on the Microsoft Store is governed by Microsoft's privacy policy.

Article 5 (Cookies and Tracking)

The Service uses no cookies and has no access-analytics or tracking mechanisms whatsoever.

Article 6 (Children's Privacy)

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
